Marc is an outgoing, energetic soul driven by the passion he holds for his family, athleticism, adventure and success! Marc moved to Vail in 2007 to raise his to amazing children in the Vail Valley with his beautiful wife Barb.
The goal with Happy Valley Vail is to promote business in the Vail Valley all while utilizing the best local resources available. As a former college athlete, Marc's competitive drive is strong in both his business and his personal life. He strives to keep up with a lifetime goal of racing anything and everything possible to stay athletically competitive. As a business man, Marc is was recognized by the Denver's Business Journal as one of the top 40 under 40 in 2003. Marc is a former Board Member of EO and the Brian Thompson Foundation.
Andy D'Aquanni - Executive Chef

Andy joins us from New Hampshire where he received his associates of applied Science in Culinary Arts and went on to receive his Bachelors degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Andy brings to the table a wide array of experience, impressive clientele and dedication in his culinary endeavors. Just to name a few-- Andy has worked for some of the State and countries top government officials (the Fords, Bush), US and Internationally ranked Olympic and World Cup athletes, celebrities such as Richard Dreyfuss and Chris Kristofferson and Chief Directors/Curators of the Louvre Museum. Along with this impressive list of clientele, Andy has been involved with programs like the Angel Heart foundation, Brian Thompson Foundation, the Food Network, Iron Chef demos and the First Tee Fundraiser.
